Terms of use
These terms govern visits to resolverflowgrid.digital and professional work commissioned from Resolverflowgrid, a practice at Level 6, 47 Marjanishvili Street, Tbilisi 0102. By using the site or signing a scope note, you accept them. If you do not, do not commission work and do not use the forms.
Who we are
Resolverflowgrid provides supply-chain visibility work in Georgia: assessments, port dwell maps, inventory briefings, delay tracing, and corridor walkthroughs. We do not take custody of goods, act as a customs broker, or sell software access.
The website
Pages describe work we currently offer. Fees on the rates page are starting figures, not an offer that must be accepted. Photographs illustrate yards, stores, and streets of the kind we walk; they are not photographs of your cargo.
You may not scrape the site in a way that burdens the host, copy the maps we publish as if they were your own surveys, or present the practice as your employee.
Commissioning work
A scoping call does not create a contract. Work begins when both sides have a signed scope (or a written confirmation by email from hello@resolverflowgrid.digital) and, where the rates page requires it, a deposit. The scope names the corridor or SKU family, the sites, the host, and the fee in GEL.
We may decline work after the scoping call, including where we cannot meet a host or where the files are too thin to walk honestly.
Your materials
Packing lists, bills of lading, gate logs, and photographs you send remain yours. We use them only to perform the agreed work and to keep a file for the retention period in our privacy note. You warrant that you may share them and that a host will receive us on site.
Our maps and notes
Drawings, written notes, and briefing remarks we produce for you may be used inside your firm, including with your auditors and insurers. They may not be resold as a product or published as a survey of a yard that is not yours without our written consent. We keep copyright in the method of drawing; you keep the factual picture of your own sites.
Liability
We reconstruct what a host can show us and what papers you provide. We do not guarantee that a hold will lift, that a missing week will be found, or that a first truck will pass a post. Our liability for a given engagement is limited to the fee paid for that engagement, except where Georgian law forbids a cap (including death or personal injury caused by our negligence). We are not liable for lost cargo, demurrage, or trading loss that follows a map you disagree with after the briefing.
Site walks
You remain responsible for safety at your warehouse or yard. We follow the host’s rules. We do not enter unescorted.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute about the site or the work are governed by the law of Georgia. The courts of Tbilisi have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply if you commission as a natural person.
Changes
We may update these terms on this page. Commissioned work remains under the terms in force on the date the scope was signed.
