Inventory position briefing
A morning in the store and an hour at the table, repeated monthly or by season, so cage stock and the books do not drift apart again.
An inventory position briefing is the smaller sibling of a full assessment. It is for teams who already had a map drawn and need the aisle checked again before a month-end, a peak, or a tax visit.
Ana Kapanadze or Nino Beridze arrives for the morning count with your host. We do not recount the entire building unless the season note says so. We walk the cages, docks, and overflow that caused the last quarrel. The afternoon briefing is short: what moved, what still has no label, what the books still claim.
This is not a statutory stocktake and not an audit opinion. If you need a licensed auditor, we will say so and step back. If you want us to return each month through a harvest or a retail peak, we write a three-visit note rather than pretend a single morning will hold the picture.
