Delay tracing
When a load stops answering, we reconstruct the last signed paper, the last yard photo, and the last call to the driver.
Delay tracing is for a single consignment that has gone quiet. A wine exporter waiting on bottles from Batumi, a spare-parts cage waiting on a truck from Sarpi, a dry-goods importer whose container left Poti and then stopped appearing in messages.
Giorgi Maisuradze starts with the last signed paper you can produce. We then ask for the last photograph from a yard, the last gate time, and the last person who spoke to a driver. The written note names the last solid handoff and the next place we could not confirm. It will not always recover the week you have already lost. It often stops three people ringing three carriers about the same trailer.
We are not a recovery agent and we do not pursue theft. If the trail suggests a police or insurance matter, we hand you the file as it stands and stop.
