Resolverflowgrid is the controller of personal data described here. The practice sits at Level 6, 47 Marjanishvili Street, Tbilisi 0102. Write to hello@resolverflowgrid.digital or telephone +995 32 555 8610.

This note covers the website, the enquiry form, email and telephone, and the files we keep when you commission visibility work in Georgia. It should be read with the cookie note.

What we collect

From the form or an email: name, email address, the work you have in mind, a warehouse or corridor you name, and the message itself. From a commissioned engagement: host names, shift leads we meet, telephone numbers you give us so we can reach a yard, and the documents you send (which may contain driver or clerk names). From the site: your cookie choice, and — only if you accept — a first-party note that you opened pages (rf_seen).

We do not ask for passport numbers, payment-card data, or special-category data on this site. Do not put them in the message field.

Why we use it

To answer an enquiry, to quote, to walk a site with a named host, to draw maps and hold a briefing, to invoice in GEL, and to keep a record if a dispute arises. The legal bases under Georgian data rules and, where they apply, comparable European principles are: steps toward a contract, performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in running a small Tbilisi practice, and consent for optional cookies.

How long we keep it

Unsuccessful enquiries: twelve months, then deleted unless you ask us to keep a corridor in mind. Signed engagements: six years after the briefing (invoices and the scope note) so that tax and civil-claim periods in Georgia can run. Site photographs we were allowed to take: kept with the engagement file for the same period, then destroyed. Cookie choice: until you clear storage or twelve months, whichever you treat as the life of the key.

Who we share with

We do not sell names. We share what a host or a yard requires so that we can be received (usually your company name and the person who booked). Accountants in Georgia see invoices. If the law requires a disclosure to a Georgian authority, we comply. Hosting of this static site may place copies of form posts on the server that receives /api/mock.json — that endpoint is a demonstration reply and is not a case-management system; do not treat it as a confidential filing cabinet. For real work, prefer email to hello@resolverflowgrid.digital.

International transfers

If our host or email provider stores mail outside Georgia, we still remain the controller in Tbilisi. We will not send your packing lists to a third country as a marketing list. Maps of your warehouse stay in the engagement file.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of what we hold, ask for a correction, ask for deletion where the law allows (we may retain invoices), and object to optional cookies. Send the request from the email we already have on file, or visit the office with proof of identity. We answer within one month unless the request is complex.

Children

The site and the work are for firms and adults acting for firms. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We will update this page when our files or hosts change. The date of the last substantial rewrite is August 2026.
