How we count a fee

Fees are quoted in Georgian lari. A starting figure is not a promise that your corridor will fit it; it is the floor we will not go below for the smallest version of the work.

What moves a quote up

A second site, a second SKU family, or a yard that will only receive us on a night shift. Travel that needs a night in Poti or Batumi. Files in a language we must sit with a translator to read. A briefing that must be given twice because two ownership groups will not share a room.

A quote names these items in GEL, with VAT treated according to Georgian rules on the invoice. We do not publish a menu of add-on modules. If the stretch is larger than the starting figure, you will see the extra days before anyone books a van.

What does not change the fee

Rewriting the maps after you mark a factual error we made. A short call to explain a line on the map in the week after the briefing. Declining the work after the scoping call, which is not billed.

Deposits and invoices

A visibility assessment, port dwell map, or corridor walkthrough asks for 40% when the scope is signed and the balance on the briefing day. Delay tracing and single briefings are invoiced when the day is booked. Invoices come from Resolverflowgrid in Tbilisi. Bank details are on the invoice; we do not take card payments on this site.

If the work cannot be priced from a floor

Some files are too thin to quote a corridor fee. In that case we offer one paid scoping day at the delay-tracing day rate, after which we either quote the larger piece or stop. You keep the notes from that day either way.

Ask for a figure against your warehouse or yard. Bring the place, the family of goods, and whether we will be allowed onto the floor.
